These products are not sold for human consumption in accordance with the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 2051–2084, including §§ 2057a, 2057b, and 2068. These products are not permitted for sale to minors.

All nitrite-based products are sold solely as high-performance general-purpose cleaners, room odorants, liquid incense, liquid aromas, leather cleaners, and video head cleaners. We do not encourage or recommend the use of these products as “poppers.” Deliberate misuse of these products is illegal.

These products do not contain amyl nitrite. They may contain isobutyl nitrite, alkyl nitrite, or cyclohexyl nitrite. Nitrite-based products should not be confused with amyl nitrate.

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: Misuse of nitrite-based products while taking erectile dysfunction (ED) medications may cause a sudden and potentially dangerous drop in blood pressure and may result in serious injury or death.

Proposition  65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about  significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or  other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in  the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this  information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of  drinking water.

Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.

Proposition  65 became law in November 1986, when California voters  approved it by a  63-37 percent margin.  The official name of Proposition 65 is the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986

If you receive an item that is damaged or you were sent the wrong item, you may return it for a replacement or exchange it for another product.

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. The delivery date will be used to determine the start of the 5-day period.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.
• The original box and/or packaging must be included with the returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Alternatively, you may choose to receive in-store credit instead of a refund .
